In the middle of May, Auxergo joined an online webinar on medical devices: US and UK perspectives as a member of the CIEHF. During the webinar, we had a chance to combine our human factors experience and knowledge with the talks such as submission to the FDA, contextual inquiry, usability studies, and root cause analysis.
As we are always looking to improve our business, we also attended an event on business development held by the CJBS. We got insights into how to more efficiently organise our team; how to face changes and grow the business; and how to make effective decisions for company development.
